Social Media Marketing is the process of gaining website traffic or attention through social media sites. Social media marketing programs center on efforts to create content that attracts attention and encourages readers to share posts with their social networks.

A corporate message spreads from user to user and presumably resonates because it appears to come from a trusted, third-party source, as opposed to the brand or company itself. This form of marketing is driven by word-of-mouth, meaning it results in earned media rather than paid media.

     Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Jason Fox ISM Systems

Customer Relationship Management allows businesses to manage business relationships and the data and information associated with them. With CRM, you can store customer and prospect contact information, accounts, leads and sales opportunities in one central location, ideally in the cloud so the information is accessible by many, in real time.

While a CRM system may not elicit as much enthusiasm these days as social networking platforms like Facebook or Twitter, any CRM system is similarly built around people and relationships. And that’s exactly why it can be so valuable for a fast-growing business.

Business Plans are a written description of your business's future, a document that tells what you plan to do and how you plan to do it. Its a road map that provides directions so a business can plan its future and help it avoid bumps in the road. The time you spend making your business plan thorough and accurate, and keeping it up-to-date is an investment that pays big dividends in the long term.

Business Process Development is a textual and visual method of determining the necessary steps, responses, and actions required for any task that is part of a business's operations. Developing a business process can be important for new companies that want to analyze their procedures before they start conducting business, as well as for existing companies that desire a better understanding of their operations in order to correct errors, train new employees, and improve performance of existing employees and departments.

Lead Generation is the generation of consumer interest or inquiry into products or services of a business. Leads can be created for purposes such as list building, e-newsletter list acquisition or for salesleads.

Sales Scripts are a prescribed set of talking points that are commonly used by telemarketers and inside sales reps when speaking to prospects. While telemarketers often use robust scripts, many inside sales reps simply keep a list of key talking points or responses to common sales objections.

Telemarketing is a method of direct marketing in which a salesperson solicits prospective customers to buy products or services, either over the phone or through a subsequent face to face or Web conferencing appointment scheduled during the call. Telemarketing can also include recorded sales pitches programmed to be played over the phone via automatic dialing.
