Protecting People When Systems Fail
I work at the intersection of behavioral health, criminal justice, and technology—Providing real-world solutions for high-stakes moments.
Adolescent Therapist | Juvenile Justice Partner | Founding Team Member
I don’t just study high-risk environments—I work in them.
I currently serve as a therapist for an Adolescent Substance Abuse Program in Orange County, California, working alongside Juvenile Probation and the Collaborative Courts.
25+ Years of Experience Across:
-
Behavioral Health
-
Public Health
-
Criminal Rehabilitation
-
Crisis Intervention
-
Technology Integration
I provide counseling and case management for youth ages 12–17:
-
Rebuilding their lives
-
Developing accountability
-
Avoiding a return to Juvenile Hall
I also work across four high schools in the Santa Ana Unified School District, providing prevention and intervention services for students navigating high-risk environments.
This is frontline work. And it changed how I the world.
When it matters most, people are often on their own.
Traffic stops.
Public confrontations.
Moments where fear, authority, or confusion escalate fast.
In those moments, people need:
-
Immediate access to their rights
-
Secure documentation of what’s happening
-
Someone who knows where they are
But the systems designed to protect people often fail in real time.
That’s the technology we're building to solve criticle issues we are experiencing today.
Frontline experience leads to one conclusion:
Prevention is critical.
Intervention matters.
But in the moment of crisis—people are vulnerable.
What if protection could start with your voice?
MyGuardian turns your voice into immediate protection.
MyGuardian solves for the moment—not after it.
Technology should protect people in real time—not just document what went wrong.
That’s why:
Arrest Mode will always be free.
Because your rights should never depend on your ability to pay.
The future of civil rights protection isn’t reactive—it’s immediate.
